Residents rejoice at rejection of retirement village at Oxford Falls Valley! The Planning Minister has rejected the proposed development which was to include:
· 20 three and four story buildings
· containing two and three bedroom units for 1,000 people
· 100 one-bedroom units
· an 80 bed nursing home
· medical and nursing facilities
