Fly me to the moon…..I think I mean Australia! - Stage 1

Well surprise, surprise! It was snowing  and high winds when we left the Crook this morning  at 5.40am and, maybe not so surprising, the Edinburgh Heathrow flight was  50 mins late in arriving at Terminal 5. I did say I don’t do Heathrow  preferring any other city, Amsterdam, Paris  flying in the wrong direction. anything!!!! However I must add that it was so easy and well organised to go from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3 for the connecting flights. Don’t know where my bags might be of course. Let’s not dwell on that one.
