The Isthmus

Here you can see The Wharf marked in Manly Harbour (and the Beir Keller). The ferry  is the quickest and most efficient way of getting to Sydney, a 30 min trip. Blair says they are always on time and every 30 mins unlike buses here which seem to have a "laissez faire" approach to timetabling! The Corso is the street crossing the isthmus to the Tasman Sea leading further on to the South  Pacific Ocean.  It is noticeably breezier and slightly cooler on this side. You can also see The Old Quarantine Station marked at the foot of the map, part of the National Park and a conserved area.
