Blog Viewing Statistics?

I was tidying up a couple of posts and for the first time had a look at the statistics tab. This blog was set up as my web diary to record my musings and keep track of what I did, where I went to and to keep my family up to speed.

I can only imagine that the number of folks who have viewed at some point came across the blog by accident.

I find the figures quite interesting. I would never have kept such a detailed paper diary but enjoyed writing in this way as I learned such a lot  in all the places I visited. It has been a great experience and I will certainly be returning to Australia and New Zealand and making better use of stopovers in places such as Hong Kong etc.
