Just a special, published thank you for making the last few days so magical, interesting and such fun. To have one's own personalised tour guide has made exploring this area just perfect. We packed in so much in such a short space of time as can be read in the last few posts. How can we have been friends for 40+ years and still behave as we did when we used to camp in the deep snow on Loch Morlich and then use the very expensive, as it was then, the Coylumbridge Hotel's toilet facilities to wash and shower! You would think we would have matured and become grown up especially as we are now "Senior Citizens".................nah! I think not!

Be reassured "sweetie" however I am not going to write or publish the pics of our "Absolutely Fabulous " moments when Patsy and Edina came to the fore  and we transported ourselves back in time with behaviours that  most of our family, friends and colleagues  will not have seen  for such a long time................ we did have fun though!

Those who know me you will know my love for hats and  in Leura we found  the most  superb hat shop ever...."The Hatters".  Highly recommend to anyone, just devine sweetie!  Please note it wasn't I who purchased four hats!

Great place to shop and browse, lots of galleries, restaurants, cafes and all individual stores of every kind, no chains anywhere. Quite magical. Thank you my friend.
